this charges quick and it gives me 4 hours easy it looks like It can give a lot more but I haven't been able to use it longer then that as far as strait hours. its very strong build doesn't look like it will go bad so quick. I love the fact has the screen at the rear and its simple to understand.

Update to this review.
After lots of hunting around and messaging I managed to get in touch with K&F and I can say the support was excellent. They asked for the order number and a video of the fault, next email to me was my address to send a replacement battery out to me. Lets see if the replacement lasts longer this time.
5* for customer service considering the time difference etc very quick.
The product is excellent I like it, the information on the display time left at current usage level, which port is being used, charge level and voltage, size etc.
I am leaving the original review below not in a negative way but to show not all sellers are terrible as I feel some people once resolved dont update a bad review.

Alas this has gone from a 5 star review to a 1 star review. Went to charge this tonight and the battery will not power on or by the looks of it take any charge. I have tried 2 different chargers and 3 different UCB C charging cables which are all working ok on other items.
I have only used this battery maximum 4 times for powering my lights or camera. Last time used in August powered up ok. Stored in a pelicase in the foam so no chance of being knocked or damaged. Alas outside the return window, lets see if K&F respond to this review.
