This magnetic mount is a smart, versatile tool for cameras, phones, and action cams. The strong, rubber-coated magnetic base grips well on flat steel surfaces and will help prevent scratches, while the ball head is smooth, stable, and locks firmly in place. It includes a standard ¼”-20 screw, GoPro-style adapter, and a spring-loaded phone holder that fits even large phones with thick cases. The lightweight design—thanks to some plastic components—doesn’t compromise durability and makes it easy to carry.
That said, the magnet isn’t able to work on thinner or curved metal, like car panels, so it’s best for flat setups. The phone clamp is fixed and tight, but was also a little wonky to get used to at first. I'm not sure how much weight it can support so I haven't tried to use my mirrorless camera and a lens. I do wish it had one more center magnet that would probably reinforce it. It's been great for my smaller stuff. For casual use or light gear, it’s a well-designed, compact mount with good value.

I’m already familiar with the brand K&F from my positive experiences with their photography accessories and equipment i.e. filters, bags, brackets and mounts/adapters etc.
So when I found this magnetic camera mount, I was keen to try it.
This mount features a strong magnet for attaching to a door, roof or boot of a vehicle for capturing various shots with action cameras that adopt either 1/4 inch threads and/or GoPro style mounting.
The side of the mount also features a 1/4 inch tapping for mounting additional peripherals e.g. lighting, microphone etc.
The overall construction is quite solid with high quality material; the ball joint achieves solid hold while allowing orientation flexibility.
So when I found this magnetic camera mount, I was keen to try it.

This product is very high quality. It sticks to metallic objects very well. I also love the overall design of the product. It allows you to use a phone, an action camera, or a normal camera as it comes with two different adapters.

If you need a magnetic, adjustable mount for an Action 5.... stop reading and buy this. End of review.
Ok, to give some details: firstly, this screams quality. As soon as you just feel the weight of this metal mount you know it is something special. The claw- mount provides a firm grip with no slippage and the magnetic mount itself is almost too strong! It gives the impression that once you attach it, it is there to stay, no matter the wind, g-force or buffering. I really feel that my camera is safe. Really easy to use, attach the camera, find a solid metal surface - and that's it.
I use it for hyperlapse and time-lapse recordings more than anything else and it is perfect.
Lastly, it is really good value for money. So, this one really is a no-brainer. Totally fit for purpose and at a great price.

This mount is convenient for quick setups when needed. The magnet holds securely to magnetic surfaces. It is a bit bulky, though, which makes it somewhat difficult to carry in a bag when you’re out and about. I leave it in the car so it’s nearby when I need it. It’s a notable advantage that it works with both your phone and 1/4-20 mounts without requiring extra accessories. The mount has a solid heft and feels comfortable in hand. It doesn’t feel flimsy like some other accessories. I’ve dropped it a few times on concrete, and so far, it shows no signs of damage. The magnet is removable from the ball head, making it easy to attach to a tripod if desired. There’s also a cold shoe mount if needed. At the current price ($15.99 as of 6/11/25), it’s a good value if you need something like this.

This magnetic camera mount is quite impressive. The magnets are really strong and the base is well covered with rubber to prevent scratches and damages. It can easily hold a phone or an action camera and a light mirrorless setup, but that does pose a little bit more risk especially if you are mounting to a moving object like a car or cart. The ball head itself is quite nice too though as it can also hold steady very nicely. There is no panning function on this ball head so just repositioning the magnetic mount is the way to go; if you must have something with panning, you can unscrew the ball head off the magnetic mount to reveal a 1/4" thread.
What I do enjoy on this is the integrated mounting design. The phone holder slides in and out of the way to be deployed, and the "claws" are large enough to hold moderately beefy phone cases too. The 1/4" thread screw also comes on a thumb screw so there is no need to spin your device onto this magnetic holder.
Overall, with how strong the magnets are yet the nicely protected bottom, I think this is a really awesome magnetic mount. Unless you plan on using larger cameras on a moving vehicle for example, this should be more than enough.

I own quite a bit of K & F camera stuff. I have always found their equipment to be good quality and well thought out for using it.
I plan to put an action camera on this using the supplied attachment to this stand and attach it using the magnet to my car. The magnet is very strong, I tried it on a radiator in the house and there's no way its coming off without a really strong pull.
It's well thought out and can be used to hold a phone using the inbuilt pull iut stand or camera using the screw.
Really impressed.
