I own a DSLR camera and this screws into the tripod mount easily. It sticks to anything metallic securely and can take some great, steady shots (railings by a road for example). The base is also secure enough and wide enough to use the base as a mini tripod holder to place the camera onto a table top securely. Very solid, metal base and very sturdy and durable. A great piece of it!

This has an interesting design for use with a 1/4 20 tripod mount, GoPro type mounts and has a phone clamp as well. If that's not enough it has a tripod mount on the side that could attach something, a light for example, to the ballhead or be used to attach the ballhead itself to something. Having the larger area at the mount does somewhat limit the positions you can get your camera into but it is also a time saver to have an all in one mounting point and means you need to both pack and keep up with less. I think it's a good trade off in my case. It lists 3kg as the weight limit which is pretty impressive. It has the silicone coated magnetic base which is great for peace of mind when mounting on a painted surface.

Another quality K&F Concepts product that allows one to quickly attach any device with a screw mount to this ball head and magnetically attach it to a metallic object and have your device remain securely attached. I recently acquired an action camera that I plan on utilizing for my vehicle (and other activities) in the future, and this mount is perfect for that. I have always had great experiences with K&F Concepts, and this product of theirs is no different.

The K&F Magnetic mount is a good addition for mounting phones and action cams.

- it is solid and joints are smooth.
- Built with metal base with strong magnets that can support heavy cameras.
- ball joints are very easy to maneuver and set to angles. Very easy to install and the clips are adjustable to support phones and other types of cameras using the threaded screw which has a rubber cap when not in use.
Functionality: 5 stars
- very strong magnets to support heavy cameras. I installed and used a live stream PTZ camera and the camera is around 1000 g. I also tried using a Nikon DSLR and to my amazement, it was able to hold as well.
- more options where to mount the cameras. having the magnetic base, I can now place my cameras anywhere as long as there is metal.
Overall, I am very pleased with this item. Now I have more options on where to place my cameras during live stream events. this item is highly recommended and provides more options for a mount for phones, DSLR , and other cameras.

This magnetic camera attachment is well made, something that K&F Concept are renowned for.
The magnetic pad is super strong and appears to be made up of several smaller magnets giving it a very powerful clamping effect on any metal surface. I don't think anything is going to budge this magnet.
The magnetic pad can be unscrewed from the ball joint attachment and the attachment can then be used in a similar way to any other attachment on a tripod. There are also attachments for fixing an action cam device to the whole setup.
Definitely recommended if you need something to fix your camera system to a metal surface such as a vehicle.

Well made mount from K&F who do generally make some quite decent items.
Only really any good for very flat surfaces, so if you plan on using it on a car then check before you use it as you could end up having your kit fly off if the surface isnt particularly flat. Being magnets they effectively need to be all in contact with the surface for it to work properly, a slightly radius shape will of course break this bond and cause a lack of adherance. This is why suction cup types exist and is ultimately a bit of a limitation of physics anyway.
The overall construction is neat and feels quite solid even if it is mostly plastic in construction. Rubberising on the base is good so as to prevent surface scratches to whatever you attach it to, and you can screw it off to become a ball head on an arm, stick, or other tripod which is pretty handy and saves re-mounting your devices all the time.
Probably better suited to indoor projects ultimately, but a good bit of kit

This is a weird one if you shoot mainly action camera. This is clearly primarily a phone mount with an "also" ability to mount an action camera. That part if it feels forced and kind of clunky. Now, for a phone only user? Brilliant. Nice job.

The K&F Concept Magnetic Camera Mount is very well made. The bottom round plate has strong magnetic, but not strong enough to carry weights beyond the advertised action camera set up. The device itself adds quite some weight. When I tried to use a pocket 3, it actually fell off in 2 min. The listing didn't say it fits a pocket 3, so I didn't deduct a star here. But rather, the heavy set up. It's a bit too cumbersome.
