I own several filters from K&F and they have all been excellent, so I was eager to receive this one.  I was not disappointed - I received a well made filter with a sturdy storage case.  The filter can be rotated to change the effect, and it is smooth to rotate (see video).  I found the filter works best one a medium focal length lens (50mm equivalent).  If you are looking for a filter to achieve the kaleidoscope effect, this is the one to get.
Another winner from K&F

Wow! I was looking for specialty filters for use with my DSLR lens collection and came across this intriguing K&F Concept Rotating Pentaprism Filter offering. As a long-term hobbyist photographer, I'm always looking for new ideas/methods for expanding my photo-making creativity. This attractive K&F product is certainly another step outside of my usual approach to taking pictures.

This is a unique & hefty glass filter (weighing roughly 4 ozs). It appears well-engineered and beautifully manufactured in every way. I don't see any signs of either manufacturing or handling related blemishing; it's a pleasure to hold this filter and appreciate the construction quality -- both the glass, as well as, the metal components.

I ordered the larger 82mm diameter size, thinking that I could then utilize the pentaprism filter with any of my available lenses, using my step-down ring set for the smaller diameter lens sizes. The filter seems to attach relatively easily to lenses; I had no difficulty, apart from slight basic alignment, threading this filter onto one of my lenses. I mentioned the alignment issue only to alert users to this possibility, which I think has more to do with the size/bulk of the filter; I've never used a filter of this weight before and it takes a bit more concentration/vigilance during the task of first beginning to line it up with one's lens. Once properly aligned, there's no problem completing the installation process (threads smoothly).

I haven't used this K&F Concept filter with much frequency as yet (took a few photos around my home for basic testing), but I'm already seeing pleasing, crisp results, which indicate that the filter is performing well. I just need more usage time to experiment with the new possibilities it will bring to my photography skills.

I highly recommend this extremely well-manufactured, quality K&F product, which is available at a reasonable price point. Additionally, the seller does occasionally offer sales coupons.

So I actually have a ton of filters from k&f concept and also the newer brand. I really like the k&f concept ones the best and I have some of their high-end filters. And I also like how they toss in the free microfiber cloths with them. These filters are all very top quality and this one is kind of a niche filter but I had to have it. I've been doing photography for about 10 years or so and I really got into the artsy side of thing and really look for a different ways to add effects and stuff to my pictures and this just brought a whole new level to my photography. This is not something that you're going to use every day and it's definitely not the most appealing kind of effect that you can put in a picture and this one really distorts only in a certain type of ways but the amount of different types of pictures that I can think to do with this are endless. Especially when it comes to doing like fashion, landscape and more. I got the one in the 67 mm because that's what the majority of almost all my filters are because they fit on my favorite lens. Overall the quality of this thing is Top Notch like all of the k&f concept ones that I've got and I super highly recommend it if you really want a quality filter that's going to last and get you those shots that you're looking for

Feels like a quality filter, suprisingly beefy. The effect it creates is unique and can be customized by spinning the front ring around. I won't use it all the time but it's very nifty!

If you're shooting live music or want to add some serious flair to your photos this fractal filter is the move. It’s made from legit K9 optical glass (nice and clear) and has a solid metal frame that feels tough enough to survive the gear bag shuffle. The 360 degree rotating design lets you spin the effect on the fly so you can get wild kaleidoscope style visuals from different angles. Works best between 35mm–85mm focal lengths and you can swap it to other lenses with adapter rings.Whether you're going for dreamy stage lights or trippy crowd shots this thing adds a creative twist without needing a lot of post or editing. It also comes with a cleaning cloth to keep your lens clean in grimy venues.

I was curious to test this type of filter, which is rarely used but very interesting for creative research. K&F Concept offers a wide range of photo products, and this filter confirms the brand's quality. I chose the 5-prism model.

Upon opening, you'll discover a fairly heavy and thick nano-glass lens delivered in a rigid plastic box. It's well protected, which inspires confidence. I had some concerns about the focusing, fearing it would have to be done manually, but ultimately, no problem: once the filter was screwed on correctly, the autofocus works perfectly.

This filter consists of two parts: a fixed ring that screws onto the lens and a rotating part that allows you to rotate the prisms to vary the orientation of the effect. It's well designed.

In hindsight, I perhaps should have chosen a smaller diameter to use it on other lenses, particularly for architectural shots. That said, the results obtained with my 105mm lens are very satisfactory (see photos).

Honestly, I recommend it. It's a great accessory for producing original photos, with excellent build quality.

The first thing to note is the creative effect can be changed by rotating the filter or using distance, in self self-portrait arms length on a 24mm it gives the effect in the image I posted, the further away you go the more it becomes 5 images, the filter itself is well made, easy to use and feels good quality, it is a chunky piece of glass, overall a good filter if you want to get creative.
A great creative filter A great creative filter
