-Sonar location: fish can be detected by placing the device on the ice, using sonar to locate and define the structure directly below the transducer. Go through the ice before drilling to check the depth or to see if there are fish.
-Accurate depth readings: The hand-held depth portable fish finder takes accurate depth readings to 300 feet and temperature readings to within 1/10th of a degree. The handheld sonar sounder has a large LCD display with LED backlighting for use at night. In addition to depth, the unit also provides air and water temperature readings.
-Water resistance and durability: completely waterproof and built to last. It is waterproof to 100 feet (30m), allowing you to use it as a rangefinder or target for snorkelling or diving.
-Portable and easy to use: the handheld portable fish finder is no larger than a torch and small enough to fit almost anywhere. Simply add four AA batteries and simply flip the switch to use. All you have to do is place the unit head-on in the water and take a reading on the backlit LCD screen.
-Attracting light to fish: the echosounder has two colours of bait light which are on by default. The lights can be turned on and off by quickly sliding the switch twice. The attractor light is only available for some light sensitive fish.
