Quality control? Knob stuck and won't tighten.
My rotation lock knob is stuck at open position, this is day three.
I am returning it, but I'm still deciding on giving it a second chance, else wise pretty well-built, a lot of engineering went into this.

The ended up recommending me using pliers to send it back the other way, it doesn't have a stopper internally which led to that, so I have to be worry of that from now on. It's working again. To top it off they extended my warranty, it's reassuring they are willing to back up their product, I decided to keep it.
