My daughter and I both do video product reviews from time to time. I have jerryrigged solutions in the past for overhead shots. We wanted something a bit more professional and stable. This was exactly what we needed.

It is so cleverly designed and versatile. It can be a normal tripod, a monopod, an overhead or underslung tripod as well. It's reasonably light and comes with a great carry bag as well.

I will admit it took me a little while (aka fathoming the instructions) to find how the overhead part comes out of the main tripod. It cleverly stows away inside the main shaft when it is not needed.

So glad that I invested in this. Worth every penny.

Ok, I have 8 light stands and 4 or 5 tripod and why did I buy another one?
Well it is very simple!!

I really need it. I dont just buy stuff I like and I think I need, no!!! Never.
I have tons of camera gear but I buy only and only when it makes sense.

So why another tripod?

Ohhh yess, I was waiting for so long to get a TALL high tripod. For 2-3 things.

Let me explain.
1. I take pictures of real estate properties and this is precisely what I needed. I used before the monopod to put the camera in the air to get that straight from the front angle like we see in magazines. Well, sometimes I shoot like 3-4 pics and blend them to get the best results and for that I really need a tripod. Yes, this is tall enough, mind though, I strongly recommend to put the backpack or something relatively heavy attached to the hook to make the tripod more stable.

2. I film youtube channel videos and I have 1 camera and all the time I had to move the other tripod and put it back and it was not annoying, extremely annoying. Took easily 10-15 min extra just for the tripod setup, also the video was not the same(not from the same angle). Now I got this extra and I use to move it in different places/ angle.

3. Table top view for pics of video.
I have a 35 mm lens that I use most of the time and I film table top style, so if its 35mm it means I have to place the camera more high to get the scene so this really helps, check the video i made, makes sense what I am explaining here.
Besides this got the transverse bar which is a super cool and helpful feature.

Pros: quite a few as mentioned before.
Relatively medium heavy I would say, a heavy tripod is the one used for TV cameras 10kg probably. This one you can feel is strong, I have also a carbon fiber tripod, super conveninent but seems so sensible.

Got a carrying case which is cool, for this one I use it, mind it will not fit in your regular photography backpack(inside), you have to attach it to the side.

How is the ball head?
Well its easy to move around, has marks for degrees which is very helpful for panoramas and 360 virtual tours, I dont remember if i ever use this feature but its a bonus to have it.

Can be used as a monopod and its easy to set up, check the video. Mind when you put the leg back, secure it properly.

Legs easy to open, better than the previous models. This is a good improvement, you know you fold and unfold the tripod for 10 times a day, has to be an easy operation.

Material? Aluminium.

Suitable for? Most of the cameras, mind though when using tele lens, if you go for a 400mm then mind to set your tripod in the right position.

Cons? Nothing at the moment.

Price?
You know, you go out one night and spend more than this tripod costs.
For what it delivers price wise, nothing to say.
Fair price, yes.

Bought for 10x70 binoculars,stable and more than enough to hold them and be portable as well.Also for camera and phone to add as well.Very nicely made,lots of adjustment,will be adding a pan and tilt for the binoculars at a later date.More than good enough for me right now

It seems like a decent tripod, but the zip broke third time I used it.

What an awesome tripod,
Tried mine out as soon as I received it,
The quality and look of the tripod is quite decadent,
Extremely sturdy, holds my Nikon D7500 with the Tamron 150-600 G2 with ease,
It’s quite an upgrade from my current tripod,
The ball head is nice and fluid and ideal for panoramas, even the carrying bag is quality, overall k&f make some rather quality photography equipment,
I recommend this tripod.

This is a well built tripod. All the engineering is solid and I've had the tripod in the field several times now with no difficulties at all. It stays locked in the position you place it in. The added bonus is that it has the arm that can hold the camera out over the edge of a deck or dock - which I've already utilized. Highly recommended.

Has this tripod for around 2yrs and has been excellent in all conditions been in the sea, rivers and on mountains, and still going strong. K&f concept after sales is second to none with very good Comms

High end, professional quality, feels more like a Manfrotto. All moving parts are very smooth with no friction and good movement from the head. Comes with a well made carrying case also.

Really an amazing tripod, though I added ankle weights to the hook underneath for extra stability. I am 5'11 and this tripod can tower over me yet be so small and compact at the same time?!!? Totally worth the money and feels like it will last a life time. Thank you <3

Esta bien, llego en perfecto estado, al parecer. Lo he usado, todas las piezas han servido correctamente, excepto por una, es la plataforma (de color naranja) que se encuentra sujeta a la columna central, esta debajo de la cabeza de bola de metal. La pieza en cuestión no sale, no gira, así que no puedo darle vuelta al tornillo que se encuentra en esa ubicación, eso me servia demasiado. Contacte por medio de correo electronico a la empresa K&F Concept, me pidieron el ID del producto, lo envie, no me respondieron.
De resto, ha estado bien, tiene gran variedad de funciones, y muy buena altura, lo que buscaba, entre otras cosas.
