8 AA batteries or rechargeable batteries are required, which are inserted inside the device. A memory with up to 32 GB can be plugged in. The camera makes a very robust impression and is not too big. Animals scurrying by quickly are picked up without any problems visible in the picture. All in all I am satisfied with the part.
