Glad of ordering this watch, which giving me a better idea of my health condition. Since I have been in trouble of my sleep, from this watch, I know how many hours of my deep sleeping/light sleeping etc.. Further more, this watch gives me how many steps I walled indoor/outdoor, all those sport features. this encourages me to more excises, which is I needed. The most things I like is this gives me heart rate and SPO2, can not believe it. This is very important when I am sick. How helpful of it! so happy with it, for sure, highly recommended.
