Protection from the elements
As a general rule, I try to stay out of the rain with my cameras. My old pro body camera gear, as well as my modern Lumix cameras, are supposedly weather-sealed, but I have never been comfortable testing that in anything more than a heavy drizzle.
This cover from K&F Concept can be used in situations like rain or perhaps even more usefully near the ocean with crashing waves where you really don’t want salt water spraying your camera or lenses. The material is fairly robust and gives the impression of being waterproof, rather than just claiming it. I splashed it a few times from above and nothing got through.
I like that it comes with a carrying bag, and packs flat, so I am able to store this easily at the front or back of my messenger bag without any stress. It’s there when I need it, but no hassle when I don’t. A top tip is to keep the carrying bag dry, so you can place the cover back inside without getting the rest of your gear wet when you finish.
When in use, I can slip the cover over my camera by opening the nicely sealed zip at the bottom and then closing the front around the lens using the Velcro strap, before placing your hands in at the sides.
On a practical level, it becomes fiddly viewing the controls through the plastic backing and it definitely helps relying on a large LCD screen, but I am unable to fold it out easily on my Lumix S5IIX, which is a pity. Also, it is difficult to see the top controls on the camera, but I don’t know if there are any better solutions out there.
The front of the cover will extend to cover a fairly long lens, which I don’t have, so quite a bit remains bunched up. Thankfully, autofocus is what I will use 95% of the time in a situation like this.
In summary, I would say avoid pulling your camera out in heavy rain, but if you have to, this cover at least provides good protection and isn’t a nuisance to keep stored. I am not close to any mountains or the Sahara, but it could also be useful in very dusty or snowy conditions just to keep the camera body protected from the elements. It's not expensive compared to the risk of damaging expensive gear and feels well made.

Exactly as shown on the product page. Fantastic material quality and finish.
As a photographer, I love to see these items pop up in my list. I like tough experiences like rain footages etc but I never had such a good thing to use ! Even if my camera has a " weather tolerant " feature , it's never perfect and I feel that I never should rely only on this in some occasions.
Pros:
- Excellent choice of materials. Everything is top-quality fabric, and I've never seen such a well-made zipper. There's a rubber-like material that naturally covers everything, and it's very, very professional ( see the picture ).
- It fits all my lenses superbly, including my longest, which extends to 500mm at full frame on a Nikon Z6II camera.
- I appreciate the generous size of the "plastic window" that allows us to see our camera monitor.
- Everything is well thought out, including the logical way to tighten the straps around our hands.
- The end that attaches to your lens has a special material to adhere and mold properly, in addition to the strap. Very useful and secure.
- It was vacuum packed in a very ergonomic original box.
Cons:
- I haven't found anything truly flawed about this item and it's pretty rare.
Conclusion:
It was thought out and designed by real experts in the photography field, with all the most important aspects in mind. I've been a photographer and videographer for two decades now, so I appreciate what's truly designed for us. I can only give it a 5-star rating since the listed price at the time I tested the item was $29.99. For this level of quality, you could easily go up to $35 in my humble opinion.
Great product I love and will use for sure in best occasions !

Solid Rain Protection with a Few Fit Quirks
The K&F Concept Professional Waterproof Camera Rain Cover does a solid job protecting my gear from the elements. I used it with my Canon DSLR and a 70-200mm lens, and it fit well enough to get the job done—though not perfectly snug. Installation was a bit awkward at first; lining it up straight took some effort, and the eyepiece hole didn’t stay attached as intended. Fortunately, the clear plastic viewing window made it easy to compose shots, even with the velcro flap closed over the eyepiece.
I tested the waterproofing with a garden hose to simulate heavy rain, and I’m pleased to report zero leaks.
That said, the material does bunch up a bit when zooming, and the overall fit is slightly loose. But considering its generous size and the level of protection it offers against rain and dust, I’m willing to overlook these minor annoyances.
If you're looking for dependable weather protection for your camera and lens combo under 13.4 inches, this rain cover is a great value—especially for outdoor shoots when the forecast is uncertain.

Really good protection and easy to use my camera while it is being protected.
I have recently added another couple of lenses to my kit and was waiting for reliable weather to get out, with such erratic weather I worry about taking them out. This cover is a game changer; it means I can go out now for the day and not worry about the weather. It is very well designed and allows easy access to the controls and good visibility for the screen. The lens is well protected, I like how easy it is to fit the elasticated strap round to make it fit close. It doesn’t add any noticeable weight at all, and it doesn’t make any difference to photo quality. It folds neatly and goes into a draw string bag and doesn’t weigh much. I won’t wait till it rains to put it on, if there is any dullness or any clouds, I shall pop it on straight away.

Well Made And Capable
My Fujifilm camera is advertised as being sealed, and can theoretically be used out in the rain. I'm always a believer in treating my camera equipment kindly though, so wherever possible I try and shield it from the elements. This K&F cover is ideal for allowing me to do that. Not only rain, but snow, dust, and sand. Beaches in particular can ruin a camera if they are dry and windy, and a gritty zoom thread is one of my personal nightmares.
As with all my K&F gear, this cover is well made. The hand holes can be cinched-up, which is a good feature, and the transparent cover gives a good clear view of the rear screen. The only thing I don't much like about the cover is the hole at the viewfinder, which raises the chance of me losing the rubber insert. I'd prefer just a solid cover, and using the screen instead of the viewfinder. It's still a good camera cover though, and I'll just need to be careful not to lose bits.
It's good value too, so five stars.

Effective rain protection
This waterproof rain cover is a simple but very effective solution for shooting in the rain. It offers plenty of wraparound protection even with longer setups. The fastening is well thought out and there’s an adjustable strap inside that helps secure the camera body. The material feels durable.
Likes:
- Simple, practical solution for rain.
- Great coverage and versatility.
- Durable materials.
- Secure fastening.
Dislikes:
- The larger size makes it versatile but might feel a bit oversized or bulky if you’re using a smaller camera or short lens.

Imperfect fit but great protection.
I had to put this in the shower to test since we're in the middle of a horribl drought and haven't had any rain but it works exactly as you would expect. The only unfortunate factor is I couldn't quite get it to fit my camera perfectly. It did a good enough job. In normal rain I think it would be perfect but in monsoonal downpours I'm not sure.

well made cover that provides excellent protection from rain and mist
PROS
-works very well: kept my camera fully dry while I was out shooting a 20 hour timelapse and when we had several showers blow through the area
-front velcro strap well implemented
-robust fabric (perhaps a bit heavier than really needed)
-well made (good sealed seams)
-lighweight
-large enough to protect my Z8 and 24-70mm f/2.8 lens
-can use on a tripod (with zips to minimise water ingress)
-zips have membranes, good for keeping water out
-decent value
CONS
-the hole in the clear plastic for the viewfinder to stick out dozen’t work well with my Z8’s viewfinder. It does work better with those viewfinders that flare out. But I frankly just feel that this is a location into which rain can leak, and I’ve taped it up (and keep the cover down)
NOTES
-I tend to avoid putting my wet hands in the sleeves when shooting, as that just introduces humidity into the cover. So I cinch those openings closed
MY STAR RATINGS:
1* substandard, mostly cons
2** barely acceptable, cons outweigh the pros
3*** meets the basic requirements, cons balance the pros
4**** good product, pros outweigh the cons
5***** exceptional, all (or almost all) pros

Some updated features make this a great choice over previous camera rain jackets I have used
I photograph a lot of outdoor or "street" or landscape style photography, and with all things outdoors comes the elements of weather alongside. The majority of my camera equipment is now weather "resistant" but that does not always mean it is protected entirely from situations such as a torrential downpour of rain or sleet in the colder months, so I decided to pick up this camera rain cover from brand K&F CONCEPT because, like all things from this brand, I have learned they are a trustworthy company that provides well-made, durable products. This is no exception.
Their version of a "rain jacket" for your camera and lens, while similar to previous versions I have used in the past, exceeds them in some respects. There is a modernized plastic Velcro-type design that attaches and detaches almost silently, but is still very adhesive. The pull strings are well-stitched and release, or pull and hold very well also. The front features a classic K&F orange wrap which features a rubberized anti-slip design for around the lens-end of your camera setup.
Overall it can handle a large camera and lens combo, or a smaller setup as well in the wetter months, great for colder winter situations also. 5 stars.

Effective, easy to use cover
This camera rain cover is a decent idea, but has a few constraints. The cover is large enough to fit my Panasonic Lumix S5 MII XCE without problem, and thanks to the large zip fastening can even accommodate my camera when it's in a Smallrig Black Mamba cage kit (complete with top handle) - although this restricts the lens options, since it pulls the fabric tighter around the camera, and misaligns the camera back from the viewfinder opening. There is a long ‘sleeve’ type arrangement to go around the lens which includes a sticky feeling silicone strip and hook and loop tape fastener to help keep things snug.
There are arm openings at either end, with drawstrings around them to tighten and help prevent rain ingress. It's easy to tighten one of these, but the second is less so. A tripod can easily be connected at the bottom. The back is made from a clear plastic fabric, which allows visibility, but does get wet. So you can see the camera’s controls and use the screen whilst it's in this cover, though it’s not so easy when raining heavily
Does a good job of keeping rain off the camera and retaining full functionality whilst not obscuring the lens. The cover is lightweight and folds down to a fairly small size for storage - the black fabric folding easily whilst the clear elements are stiffer.
