Excellent construction
An exceptional value for money. Precise and metallic mount on both the optical and camera sides, there are no games. You can also use lenses without an aperture ring, such as: B. the Pentax DA series because it has a ring that allows you to manually adjust the aperture.
I use it with a pot consisting of a spiral duplicator combined with a bright fifty for the macros, so you can achieve the 1:1 ratio with satisfactory results.
I recommend purchasing it for those who know that the operation without the contacts is entirely manual.
For those looking for an autofocus adapter, I believe that the only one is the LA-KE1 MonsterAdapter, of which there are already working prototypes and which will soon be marketed at a certainly reasonable price.

High quality PK/DA adapter
Fits perfectly I actually tried it with several lenses. Lenses with a simple PK mount also work well. In this case, be sure to set the aperture ring of this adapter to the narrowest and most controlling aperture over the original aperture ring on the lens. The reason for this is that the original aperture ring allows you to choose half stops. With this adapter you can set full stops.
When used with a DA/D-FA adapter, the aperture is adjusted using the adapter's aperture ring. It allows you to set full stops. Better than nothing and it spins smoothly, with slight clicks.

The construction is of high quality, the interior is matte and non-reflective and comes in a beautiful box. The E-mount part snaps nicely into place, no hassle there. The PK side is a bit tight on certain lenses, but as an advantage it doesn't wobble at all.

It works well as far as possible. It does not fit lenses without a “mechanical” focus ring.
I bought it to use the many Pentax K-mount lenses (of various generations) that I use on the Pentax KP, also on the Sony A7r 2 that I recently added to my kit.
The adapter is well made and consists of very solid metal for the structure, for the connector and for the bayonet.
The notched ring of polished metal visible in the center allows the diaphragm to be closed between the maximum and minimum in 11 positions without reference. In principle, you can close the aperture of any lens, but you don't know exactly what value it is set to (except of course the two extremes, which correspond to the maximum and minimum of the mounted lens). This obviously applies to the most modern optics without their own aperture ring.
The rotation of this ring, which basically wants to simulate the membrane ring, is quite fluid and has small shots to facilitate positioning as much as possible.
I've used it with various Pentax APS-C lenses, from the old 50 M 1.4 to the Sigma 18-35 f/1.8 Art and 17-70 f/2.8-4 C.
All work perfectly, always with the limit , which imposes an approximate selection of the membrane on the most modern models. Obviously there are no electrical contacts, so there is no Exif data on the optics and focus is manual only (but the A7R2 is excellent in this regard).

The very need to focus manually and without an electronic connection prevents the use of some modern lenses, that is, those in which the focus ring does not act mechanically, but via the camera module.
For example, the DA 18-50 WR RE, a very versatile and lightweight lens that I personally value very much, is unfortunately unusable because there is no way to focus.

Apart from this limit, which the adapter obviously cannot resolve, the product is very valid and allows you to capture excellent quality images from optics designed for another brand. In particular, the Sigma Art 18-35 still offers spectacular photos even if you use the APS-C crop mode (although the A7R2 sensor's 42 Mpixels allow you to take 18 Mpixel photos, which are still valid).

A bit hard but functional
The bayonets are a bit tight and installation requires a certain amount of force on both the camera and lens sides.
The aperture control ring, on the other hand, is soft and can be easily turned with the fingertips of the right hand without taking your eyes off the viewfinder. Approximately 1 diaphragm is lost with each click.
This is therefore the adapter you should choose for J, DA and D-FA lenses or if you want to leave the A lenses in the automatic position (e.g. to immediately restore full automation when you use them put it back on a Pentax SLR camera). Also works with M lenses, but if you only have those, there is an adapter without an aperture ring that is a little cheaper.

Does what it's supposed to do, good workmanship
The adapter fits perfectly, nothing wobbles. The aperture adjustment works continuously, but that's completely okay. One disadvantage of the aperture ring is that depending on the tripod (in this case the old, large Bilora), it doesn't quite fit. The aperture ring sits close to the housing and is larger towards the bottom than the camera body. With a normal sized tripod everything fits without any problems

Good product at a fair price.
The adapter ring is well made and works well. The only complaint is that the diaphragm ring doesn't have more notches (7 notches between the maximum and minimum opening), but we can live with that. Of course, the problem does not occur with lenses with a membrane ring, but do not forget to leave the adapter ring in the most closed position.

Efficient
I bought this product because I already had other K&f concept adapters for Pentax K to M43 that I was happy with.
So I bought the Sony E adapter for my son. This now allows him to use his Pentax K lenses on his Sony A7 (operation verified with DA15, FA31 and FA77).
I chose the model with a ring that allows you to adjust the aperture of your Pentax lenses without an aperture ring (for example DA15, DA35, DA55-300) by acting on the clutch lever on the mount, and of course with the lenses which are equipped with an aperture ring (FA31, FA77 and F135, M50 and M28).

Solidly crafted!
The adapter fits snugly into the bayonet on both sides, but not too tightly. The aperture ring for lenses without its own has a slight grid, fits well and can be adjusted comfortably. Since it has no gear ratio, the adjustment path is quite short.

In fact, my only complaint would be that the red marking on the lens side was stuck about 5 mm away from the actual bayonet attachment point. But since I already had it in my blood the second time I changed the lens, it's not worth a full point devaluation for me. Overall, I think the adapter is too good for that.

Works as expected!
Pretty simple product that does the job of adapting Minolta lenses to work on Sony e-mount cameras. If you're looking to do that sort of thing, this adapter is a great choice! Feels like a quality product that should last for a very long time.

Don’t forget that it’s a manual lens adapter. Works with full manual lenses. If your lens has no physical aperture ring, you cannot control it from your camera

No Allen wrench comes with the unit and I did not need one. Mine did not require any adjustments and fit like a glove.
